We used Capital Remodeling for our windows. The teams (presenters, installers, administrative) were great. The communication throughout the entire process made things go so smooth. Financing is available if needed and seemed to be very simple and easy process, but we didn't use that option. The quality of the product is really what sold us as well as the warranty. Having the ability to slide up, down, lift out for cleaning were all pluses. I already knew a lot about windows but I still decided to shop around prior to replacing my windows and sliding glass door for my condo. Out of all the companies I spoke with; Capital had the best combination of quality, energy efficiency and warranty at the best price. I did receive some quotes that were lower but the quality was lacking and no one could match their triple lifetime warranty including glass breakage for any reason, plus they even covered the labor for life. I instantly noticed a huge difference in how much cooler my home has been since the windows were installed and my first electric bill was almost $80 less than the one prior.
