Dr Gift did an amazing job on my 7 year old Boxer removal of his 3rd eyelid. My only complaint was they were not very informative about cost. I was quoted 1200-1500 but when I got there the quote when to over 1700. Labs were not included and the receptionist didn't inform me of that when I spoke to her the day prior. Also the follow-up visit to take out sutures isnt included. In the human world follow-up visits are included with surgery and since I've never had to have a major with any of my animals I wasn't aware. Maybe a little clearer picture of what to expect would be helpful.
Wow!! Wonderful experience!! Dr. Gift, is just as special as his name! ❤️He was to warm and kind (passionate about what he does and it shows). One of His assistants “Sierra,” could not have been better at taking a history and was just delightful! This was worth my time and wished I had done this sooner. The cost of the visit is very reasonable and amazing to learn your baby “Aaron Matthew-dog” is going through the same eye issues as his owner- me:):)

I was simultaneously shocked and amazed that I could get an appointment same-day for my geriatric pup Bandicoot. Dr. Palmer-Greenberg and the rest of the staff I encountered during Bandi's visit were kind, thorough, and very informative. I was given clear instructions for next steps, and reasons/explanations for each medication he was prescribed. For this being a specialty practice, I definitely expected it to be a pricy visit - but honestly, I thought the total was quite reasonable. I definitely recommend this practice to anyone whose pet has ophthalmic concerns.
