Very pleased with the level of service and quality of work done by Chesapeake Heating & Air Conditioning. From Mary at the office to Brian to the crew, everyone I've dealt with has been very professional, timely, and helpful.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience! First, I called thinking it would be a few days before an appointment would be available. Brad and Hunter were at my house, I think within an hour of my call. They repaired the unit quickly. I was also able to get a quote on a new unit while they were there. Brad took the time to explain the details of the quote while showing me pictures of our current unit. It was a pleasant experience!!
This is an excellent company. We called this morning for no A/C and they were able to send Bailey the tech. out today. Bailey was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and most of all honest. We are very pleased to say that he fixed our A/C. We strongly recommend Chesapeake Heating and Air conditioning.
