Our AC stopped working recently and Zephyr was able to fit us in the day we called, handled the process of obtaining the part through our warranty, and we're able to get it installed quickly after it arrived. Jesse was fantastic. Our A/C failed Friday, and I put in a call Saturday morning to Zephyr. We expected a hot, sticky weekend - but Jesse called back within an hour and said he could drop by. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it and fixed it before noon. Wow. He also suggested several tips for keeping our system healthy during the sometimes unpredictable and extreme central Virginia weather. Great to support a small, local business.

I had Jesse out for a service call today after a storm and not only did he fix the problem, he tested performance afterwards with thorough diagnostics and kept me informed all the way. An honest company that cares about their customers. We have someone in the house with health challenges and Zephyr always accommodates as soon as they can. I recommend this company 100%.
