My shoulder had been an issue for years (and one I'd "powered through") until I could no longer do so this past winter. When I talked with Whole Strength PT, I knew immediately this was the place for me! No, they don't take insurance, but this worked to my benefit so that I could do a physical therapy plan totally tailored to my needs. I didn't even realize how limiting my shoulder movements had become until I started regaining range of motion and strength. Not only that, but when my knee started acting up (totally unrelated issue, it's just that I'm so active), they were able to shift gears and integrate PT exercises to address both areas. That wouldn't have been possible had I gone through the insurance approved provider (which also had a 3 month wait period to even be evaluated). I'm playing volleyball better than I have in 20 years! And feel pain-free in all my activities. The after PT instructions are also invaluable. Definitely my first choice and so happy I went with Whole Strength. Amazing group. Can't recommend enough!
Whole strength physical therapy is great at thinking outside of the box to find long-lasting solutions to pain and injuries. They develop personalized programs that get results.
After years of ignoring my shoulder pain, I feel fortunate to have worked with Dr. Barb for my physical therapy. He helped me address the problem and increase my shoulder strength and range of motion. I appreciated the time he took to explain the process, the root causes of my shoulder discomfort, and how each exercise would advance me toward my goal. With Dr. Barb’s help and encouragement, I regained movements that hadn’t been possible for years.
