The best therapy experience I've ever had. They were great at communicating with me about payment, schedule changes, insurance requirements, etc. Even if they are out of network, they are relatively affordable, and helped me figure out how to submit for reimbursement.

I also really appreciated that they were not afraid to move me around to another therapist they felt thought would be a better fit based on what I was looking for. And they ended up being right! Carly, who I worked with for about a year and a half, was perfect for what I needed. Cannot recommend them enough.

I've worked with this office for a while now and feel like I've found a great match in a therapist. I feel heard when discussing the items I wish to work on or gain further insight into. My therapist is thoughtful, provides helpful feedback, challenges me, and meets me with kindness when things feel difficult. I truly feel that my life and relationships have been positively impacted because of our work together. I have also had short interactions with a handful of the other providers at this office and have always gotten a sense of warmth from them. I'm appreciative of their time, expertise, and the safe environment they provide.

I cannot recommend White Oak Counseling—especially Carly—highly enough. From the very first session, Carly created a safe and welcoming space that made it easy to open up. She listens with empathy, asks thoughtful questions, and provides insights that feel compassionate and also practical. Her approach is grounded, supportive, and very effective. The practice is committed to helping their clients grow and heal, and Carly is a wonderful choice.
