I came in to get my pair of Warby Parker glasses repaired. Charles helped me and noticed that the fit needed adjusting. My glasses fit better now than the day I purchased them. I greatly appreciated his kindness and attention to detail.
Excellent service and affordable prices! They took the time to work out the best price options. Was a little bit hesitant about the telehealth eye doctor, but it turned out to be a great experience.
Charles Dowell, one of Charlottesville’s best Licensed Opticians, always takes such incredible care of us. We had our first eye exam with WP and were very impressed. We live aboard a boat but keep our medical care based in Charlottesville, which includes Charlsand his team. We like that we can travel to any number of places that have Warby Parkers. It is Charles who keeps bringing us back here. The staff is incredibly helpful.
