First billing was 14 months AFTER date of service. NO itemized statement for thousands of dollars of charges. Upon inquiry, billing service made a slight “adjustment...due to some items being overcharged”! As of 5/4/20, another bill has been received for 4/19 date of service. Inexcusable!!!

We've been getting our daughters supplies from here for about 10 years and have never had a problem with anything. The only thing I would change is maybe have a way to do online orders or at least have a reminder call, text or email when an order is coming up.

There service was great. The nurse was GREAT but that was 2017-2018. I know she is no longer there but they will help and give you good service

DO NOT TRUST THE CARE OF YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO HANDLE ANYONE WHO TRULY NEEDS HOME HEALTHCARE. THEY DO NOT PUT THE NEEDS OF THE PATIENT FIRST, BUT INSTEAD ARE MOTIVATED BY PROFIT AND THEIR OWN CONVIENIENCE. IT WOULD BE A HUGE MISTAKE FOR ANY PHYSICIAN OR FAMILY TO TRUST THIS AGENCY WITH PATIENT CARE.
