This location is okay, but it is not always well organized. My experience also differs greatly on the time of day, so I tend to try to make a quick trip when there should be no middle schoolers or high schoolers

What a wonderful experience at Ulta in Charlottesville! We came in looking for the perfect foundation match for my mom, and Rochelle immediately found her exact shade. Her product knowledge was impressive, and she made the process so easy and stress-free.
We were also fortunate to check out with one of the store managers, Heather, who was just as delightful. She was warm, friendly, and truly went above and beyond. We didn’t have time to have a few additional products ordered through the store, so Heather provided us with a code that allowed us to place the order ourselves and still receive free shipping. That level of customer service made such a difference!

I had a wonderful experience with Savannah Gallagher at the Ulta Beauty location Emmet Streeta. I wanted a fresh look while keeping my long length, and Savannah listened carefully to my wants and expectations. Her calm demeanor immediately put me at ease, and I love my new butterfly bangs!
She checked in several times throughout the appointment to make sure everything was just right, and our girl chat made the experience even more enjoyable. After my wash, cut, blow-dry, and style, I left feeling like a brand new person. I highly recommend Savannah to anyone looking for a stylist who truly listens and cares.
