I had an appointment scheduled for today at 4:15 with Katie. My friend had recommended her, so I was excited to try out a new hairdresser that came with such a strong recommendation. Less than 30 minutes before my appointment, I received a call saying that Katie was running behind so I could reschedule for another day or see another stylist. When I said that I wanted to see Katie and that I had arranged other appointments around my hair appointment, the receptionist did not seem to care. Hands down the worst experince I have had at a salon. I have been getting full highlights on my hair for about 9 years now, so I am not new to the process. I went into Salon Cielo hoping they would fix another mess up I received back in August. I asked for "bright blonde" and to "match my roots to my hair." Well I am not sure what this stylist did for three hours but he completely dropped the ball. My roots did not match at all and were ohly lightened slightly. He also put a toner in my hair that made it darker and more golden. I specifically said no tonor since I had bad experiences with them in the past. Show a picture of the cut I wanted. I asked for shoulder length and ended up with the length above my collar! When I called to ask for a stylist, the receptionist said that I would be in GOOD HAND! I will never trust them again. I will only go by recommendation by friends only.
