Excellent, clear communication on deliverability given the Valentine’s Day crush. Flowers delivered on time and were fresh and beautiful. A little disappointed on how abundant the bouquet was versus the description. Recipient was happy, which is ultimately the test, but a little disappointed versus some of the previous bouquets.

The recipient really loved the flower arrangements!! I didn't get any photos of them, but they were so happy that I know the arrangements were beautiful and touching (it was for a recent death of a beloved family member). Randall and his employees were honest and helpful when I ordered late the night before their supplier shipment, so they let me know if I could wait an extra day, they could make the arrangements more beautiful. Of course I waited! Wonderful communication and seamless delivery even though my recipient was more rural. Thank you so much, Randall and team!!! I'll be back for other deliveries (but will put in my order with more heads-up next time!)

The Flower Shop was absolutely wonderful in getting a flower arrangement to my friend who was a patient at UVA Hospital! The floral delivery rules at UVA are quite complicated, but they knew exactly what to do and were able to deliver the most beautiful arrangement to my friend that day. And my friend, who is a floral designer herself, said the arrangement was stunning!
