They have never once rescheduled without ample notice. Scheduling and invoicing are easy and convenient, the team does a thorough job, and the owner is so pleasant to communicate with. I called at the very last minute for an apartment cleaning as our cleaner was unable to make it ready in time (it was a big task). I called numerous companies with no faith I would find anyone and they came through! Quick and dedicated they got the job done and it looked great. With it being last minute I figured they would take short cuts but no they moved every appliance (stove and all) to make sure we were happy!
