At first I was disappointed that the Rio Road location had closed, because this Pantops location is a haul for anyone living on the North end of Charlottesville. However, all the employees are super friendly, professional, and not pushy. The equipment is very new, well maintained, and always clean. Overall worth the extra travel distance. Recommended!

I had to give this a good review because for a while I would come here because of the bad reviews. I finally came here for the first time and was expecting to find a dump that was minimally staffed and that is not the case. I don't know what all the Karens are complaining about. This place is clean and efficient and the staff is nice and friendly. Maybe they replaced all The staff IDK. Please don't let old reviews stop you from supporting this local business because they are great.

LOVE me some STC, especially the Pantops location! The salon AND the beds are clean (huge deal for me). Service is almost always super fast with little to no wait. Great results with regards to color. Best part = the staff! They are all super friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable and work hard at customer service and knowing client's names. Pretty impressive in this day and age. My only complaint is with the "STC iPhone App" ... I have issues with it not working fairly frequently. That isn't a reflection on the folks at Pantops though.
