Was very happy and pleased with the technician (Quentin). He was very professional and knowledgeable of my tankless water heater. The diagnosis was solve with his expertise. I would recommend solutions mechanical to friends and family. Definitely use them in the future.
Darrell did a great job in repairing our hot water heater. He was professional, dependable and kept me informed throughout. Solutions Mechanical responded very quickly since we had no hot water, provided a solution to help in the interim while a valve was on order and installed the valve the same day it was received. I highly recommend this business - they certainly came through in a pinch when we needed the support!
