Highly recommend! The team were super efficient and thorough with my rug. Got years of dog stains and odors out!! They even showed me how much soap (aka trapped scum) that had been sitting in the rug from my failed attempts at diy cleaning. Will be using again in a few months for spring cleaning!

Our first time getting high-end wool rugs cleaned. After reading reviews, decided to go with Rudy’s and we were not disappointed. Very clear communication, easy drop off and pick up process, very reasonable prices with a high quality outcome! Our rugs look like the day we bought them! Highly recommend. This is an example of great customer service from a LOCAL business who cares. Took about 2 to 3 weeks turnaround time, but they were very clear with that timeline when we first reached out for service. It’s worth the wait!
