Charlie (the owner) was amazing and the tech he sent out (whose name i cant remember) were seriously outstanding! They completely saved our ass when we had a drainage backup at our place of business.
They showed up immediately, walked us through everything they recommended and explained the process and reasoning behind all they did. Friendly, straightforward, and fully competent!
I recently had a plumbing issue at one of my rental units and had a great experience with Roto-Rooter in Charlottesville. They were extremely responsive from the beginning, maintained great communication throughout the process, and even called me a few times to keep me updated when they were running late, which I really appreciated.
The technician was very attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail without making me feel rushed. The work was completed properly, and everyone I dealt with was respectful, professional, and friendly.

Scheduled online and confirmed by phone. Arrived at the time promised and was very courteous. Quickly identified the problem and discussed the solution which unfortunately was to get a replacement faucet. While he was here, he helped me replace my whole house filter. Another very positive experience
