Terrible at communication, follow-ups, call-backs, and general customer care. I could have filed my taxes myself in the weeks they've been jerking me around. Seek a better option.

This is our second year using this company. We will never be using them again. We were extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, and timeliness of the company. This company will file your taxes, but there is no customer care or customer relationship. Find another group that will have you and your familys interests in mind first.
