Absolutely love Renew. I've been to 3 different therapists and all have been amazing- some of the best massages I've ever had. I love all the extras too (peppermint scalp massage and hot stones!)
I received an incredible deep tissue massage from Summer. She worked magic on a couple areas where I have intense, persistent pain. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep as soon as I got home, woke up just long enough to put my kids to bed, then fell back asleep until the next day. I’ve never had such an effective massage!
I have a connective tissue disorder and require frequent body work. Jenna was extremely adaptive, attentive, and intuitive with her massage. I haven't been pain-free for so long afterwards in a very long time! I will definitely be back often!!
EDIT: Had my second appointment one week from my first and saw Christianna. She was able to give me targeted suggestions for my complex health issues. She also was able to help pinpoint my stubborn hip pain and helped me form a routine to get myself out of pain! I have been referring ReNew to all of my local friends and will absolutely be a regular!
