Red Handed Nails Salon and Spa

Cut multiple places on my fingers. I normally have a good experience here, but this was extremely disappointing.

They refused service to two black adults. They told them to sit and wait, and then they never helped them. They sat during my entire fill appointment. People came and went, and they never took them back for their pedicure. It was ridiculous. I got a great manicure but I won’t be back.

For my daughters and I, this is our fav nail salon in Charlottesville. We always feel welcome and their work is beautiful. The ventilation is very good which makes it a healthier environment than other local salons.

Both the pedicure water and manicure water were cold. The gel manicure only lasted a week before chipping. Horrible quality for spending $40 on gel.

I love how they pay attention to every detail. My nails came out perfect and the spa atmosphere was so calming.

The staff are skilled, gentle, and truly care about your comfort. My spa day here was such a treat!
