My dog was well taken care of and she was very happy here. The staff is so nice and you can tell they really care about the animals. It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.
I was very pleased with the place/staff on the first day. They were very friendly, helpful and patient. I'm giving our first day (the free "meet the fam" day) 5 stars because I was extremely pleased with the process. I have tried another local doggy daycare place and left there feeling extremely frustrated. However, I felt confident in Pet Paradise and their 4 hour assessment process. I felt as though they listened to my concerns and were available for questions. I also enjoyed the report card at the end of our day, and the constant cameras/live footage. Our puppy absolutely loved his experience at pet paradise! Anytime I checked on the cameras (which is a great perk for pet owners like myself) the staff was engaging, kind, and diligent. We will definitely make this a regular place to visit!
