The only place in town that I will take my high energy Lab Mix. My Onyx is very very energetic.. but he loves people. He always goes in, and leaves this facility happy, and that is more than enough for me. The employees are all sweet, and even bringing him in today after him not having been there in a while.. an employee recognized him immediately and that really made me happy (as I get very anxious leaving him). Absolutely no clue what the negative reviews are about, I’m shocked anyone has anything bad to say about this place! THANK YOU GUYS!!

Laura does amazing work, she has been grooming our bordoodle, Nova, since we got him. He is almost 3 years old and she is the only person who has ever groomed him. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she does amazing work and he always looks and smells terrific! I am so grateful for the care and attention she shows our dog. I am very thankful to have her as Nova’s groomer! The staff show him just as much care when I drop him off and pick him up. Thank you all!

My border collie loves running through dirt and puddles, so his coat was a complete mess by the time I booked this appointment. The staff didn’t make me feel embarrassed about how bad it looked, which I appreciated. They brushed out a ton of loose fur and somehow managed to make his white fur actually look white again. The groomer also mentioned he was very patient during the bath, which surprised me because he usually hates water. Definitely one of the better grooming visits we’ve had.
