Amazing payment taking skills. Very persistent. Once you pay them good luck trying to get someone to fix issues. Window was installed with a grid falling apart. Screens were torn during installation. Missing windows that were forgotten about until multiple attempts. Still waiting on repairing or replacing damaged windows. Pay the extra $ and go with another company.

Very pleased with the overall customer service with Pella. We had multiple calls from schedulers and project managers to update us and check in for our installation process. Pella's design consultant, Zack Kenworthy, came to our house to discuss the types of windows we might choose for the remodeling of our porch. He was dazzingly helpful. We went through all the pluses and minuses of awnings, double-hungs, single-hungs, and picture windows in the context of our backyard and patio. soooo helpful. Thanks Zack!!

Zack was an honest, forthright, polite, and efficient representative for Pella windows whose supererogatory efforts were much appreciated.
