Wow! It's underneath the food shop on Dice, near Ridge. I thought, "How does poor Mel stay in business? This place is hard to find." Then everybody in the neighborhood seemed to be dropping by to make an appointment. And I saw why. Mel is very precise with his tools, asks all the right questions, and does a great job. Everyone was friendly and fun. Bring cash!

I used to be my son's SOLE Barber. When he was a teen though, my son wanted lines (designs) in his hair. Instead of risking a mishap, I took him to Mel, who then had several good barbers working with him. We were welcomed in with warmth, professionalism and EMPATHY. Though we opted out of the designs, Mel gave my son a sharp, clean cut(almost as awesome as mine). ☺️ Since then- Mel's Barbershop has cut my Grandsons and other Family members young & older. Respect, warm atmosphere, professionalism, cleanliness and cost are just some of the reasons we still choose Mel's in 2024.

Really down to Earth owner and Barbershop. Loved the atmosphere, felt like family. Was quick, gave a great cut and out in less than 30 minutes. My kid loves his hair. Awesome and thank you!
