She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and has suggested several stretches/exercises that have helped me greatly. I have gotten several massages due to lower back and hip pain. Today, I'd have to say Lena did an awesome job working directly with my problem areas. She definitely took some of my aches away. Hoping after a few more visits they'll be gone!!
