Martin's Tailoring Center provides skilled, hard working service with well executed, fairly priced work. Customers praise the kind and incredibly helpful staff, who understand urgency and deliver absolutely perfect results on time, even with very short notice. The business cares deeply about its customers, offering same-day service during difficult times and showing grace and kindness. While their job is to make clients look good, not feel good, they do that very well. Prices are reasonable, and rush orders can generally be accommodated, though planning in advance is always best.
I went to Martin's needing a very very short turn around for a dress hem and strap shortening, and it came back to me on time and absolutely perfect! Martin was very kind and understood my urgency. Will definitely come back for future tailoring needs
I needed some simple tailoring done on very short notice due to an upcoming funeral. Martin's was incredibly kind and immediately helpful, they got me taken care of same day even though they were very obviously busy. Hard to find a business that really cares about their customers anymore, but this is definitely one of them. I'll be coming here for all my tailoring needs. Thank you Martin's for having so much grace and kindness during a difficult time for me.
I have had them do lot of basic tailoring over the years, they are in a great location, provide quick, quality and affordable work and have always been straightforward about their prices.
