The clinic is highly skilled and highly recommended, with a fantastic and personable physical therapist. I have been a patient of Matt's, owner of High Gear, for over 12 years! When Matt relocated from NJ to VA, I followed him! I travel 5.5 hours several times a year JUST to be treated by this fantastically talented physical therapist! What an endorsement of his treatment! . There is not a single physical issue I have experienced that Matt has not successfully and comprehensively addressed! Matt's skill level is outstanding and his personal manner with clients matches in kindness. He is the BEST this field of medicine has to offer us! Highly recommend!
Matt fixed me. He’s the best ever
Matt worked on my right achilles tendon and ankle injury from hiking in February 2025. With the treatment given at my appointment and recommended exercises and shoe recommendations I was able to complete 280 miles of the Appalachian Trail in Maine this summer and finish with no ankles or tendon problems.
