I have gone to Dr.Heppner for years and have loved it there she added a new chiropractor and massages therapist Dr.Wilder and she is amazing. I am pregnant and started seeing Dr. Wilder last week for sciatic nerve pain. She was very attentive and gave great advice on things I can work on at home. Her adjustments were painless and as soon as I stood up I felt much better. I followed her adjustment with a 45 minute massage by her which was also incredible and continued to make me feel better. I saw her two days later for another adjustment and at this point I am nearly pain free. Dr. Wilder is a true professional and is fantastic at her job! I would recommend her to anyone but especially pregnant women trying to get some relief—pair her adjustment up with a massage you will not leave disappointed!
