I love the ambiance at BodyWise -- so peaceful and calming, like a warm hug. Regina tailors every massage a bit differently, depending on any problem areas I've been having. I leave refreshed and relaxed each and every time.

I've been a customer for almost 2 years now, and after trying a number of establishments around Charlottesville, I can tell you that this is the real deal. Thorough intake process, and careful attention to detail means you get a custom massage every time. I originally came in with some lower back pain and shoulder tension. After just a few visits, this was eliminated completely. Secondarily, I have been visiting for relaxation, self care, and general stress maintenance. Regina is extremely approachable, professional, and great value for money. Highly recommended!

Visit BodyWise and Regina for the best massage you have ever had. Your stress will melt away and sore muscles will relax. BodyWise's new studio in Earlysville is conveniently located, well decorated and very relaxing. I highly recommend Regina for a great massage.
