We called several window companies to replace windows on our condo in Wintergreen and companies either showed up and measured and then went silent or didn't bother calling us at all! We reached out to Dodson and received immediate and prompt responses, and they have now done two separate installations for us! Lexi is amazing at coordinating everything from measuring to installation, especially since we live 4 hours away! They worked with our HOA to make sure all entities were correct, and the quality of work is 100% guaranteed. I will use them for any future window service needs and highly recommend them.

Called Dodson for a double hung window repair. Johnathan came out checked what was needed to be done and ordered the parts. Came back a few days later and completed the repair. Great job as always. Special thanks to Carla for the scheduling and quotation.

I’m retired now, but I was in the home improvement and repair business. Frequently I had need for custom pieces of glass and or IG units (insulated glass).
