I presented Lewis with a thorny federal tax issue which he successfully resolved in my favor. I overlooked reporting a 1099 on my federal return and subsequently filed an amended return, which was rejected by IRS and they alleged more errors than that. I worked through one of the national tax preparers at first, but continued to get demands to pay. I finally went to Lewis. Over TWO YEARS he repeatedly got through to a person at IRS but to no avail, even though IRS had made a large obvious error in their calculation.
