The platform they use makes it easy to supply all the necessary materials and review our returns. Very good first experience! Available, knowledgeable, and willing to do the work! The last couple of years I felt like I was twisting arms to get some help with tax savings. Brad was able to get me a better refund by doing my taxes differently than the last accountant. Glad I switched.
