Charlottesville Tree Service (CTS) were fantastic from the quote to the removal of a few trees on our new property. I always get three or more quotes for services such as this and CTS was the most thorough in looking at our property and recommending what needed to be done and what did not need to be done. They said why trees that I thought needed to be removed did not and found a large white oak that I was not even considering taking out, should be. I am glad they found that tree since when it was taken out it was hollow throughout and would have caused extensive damage if it fell. The only tree service that caught that tree. Absolutely fantastic company. My wife and I called about getting an estimate for stump removal on our property. This was on Friday afternoon and they had a person out the following Monday. Andy was extremely professional and listened intently on exactly what we needed done and gave us the best estimate out of 4 other companies we had called. The stump removal itself did get postponed due to weather, but that is not the companies fault and couldn't be helped. When the tech came out for the stump removal he was also very professional and explained everything he was going to be doing. Multiple trees fell down in a chain reaction into my backyard -- due to a mini-tornado wind event just outside my rear fencing. Charlottesville Tree Service saved the day!! Procuring a 40-ton crane and a fantastic, fascinating wood chipper, its team removed all the foliage, tree limbs, trunks, and debris. Everyone on the team was super-nice and reassuring. At the end I was able to start looking ahead again, past this disaster. They really worked with me and erased a horrible scene.
