What a ridiculous phone system and more ridiculous business ethic! When you finally understand what extensions you're supposed to dial to reach a sales team member, you have the option of eight different numbers. I dialed each one of them and got a voicemail with several of the voicemails having outdated out-of-office replies that were more than a month old. When I finally find out there's an extension for a manager, I dialed that number and tried to explain to Brandy my difficulty and she just kept talking over me and excusing why no one was answering their phones. After searching at Lowe's for replacement tiles for my kitchen floor, and coming up empty there, I came to Ceiling and Floors and found what I needed.Warehouse foreman was very helpful.
