I usually just like to post Google reviews if I can give a business a 5 star rating and help them. I have held off writing a review of Bramante Homes for this reason. But I feel I now have to write the review I wish I read before choosing them to build our home. While our house did get built, we had more problems and issues than would be expected. This is the 6th home we have built, and we have never had so many problems. Administrative organization was severely lacking such that wrong appliances were installed, doors were stained rather than painted, we continuously had to be double checking everything. We chose Bramante to build our custom home for our retirement, having never built before. From the initial consultation with owner Christopher Brement, through the complete design process with Jeff Mininger and Chrissy Ratliff, and through every stage of building to completion, we were extremely pleased with the company’s professionalism, competence, and personal commitment to seeing our vision realized for our dream home.
