I had a bat problem but I don't anymore. Over the phone Clement diagnosed my issue and came by within a few days. He sealed my attic with wire mesh and got the bats out. I just met with him today, a few weeks later, to make sure the bats were gone for good--and they were. He helped me with the cleanup as well. From start to finish Clement was punctual, professional and charged exactly what he said he would. He was recommended to me by other businesses that have been around for many years. They all said he was the best and I agree.

I contacted Blue Ridge Wildlife and Fisheries due to evidence of bats in our log home. Clement was able to quickly set up an appointment and review the situation. He is very knowledgeable and professional, thoroughly explaining the situation and options. He was able to complete the bat exclusion within a few days, and offers a warranty. I would highly recommend the company.

I had a very large groundhog who had created a very large tunnel to under my deck (and also made off with a pair of sandals). Clement dug a trench around the entire deck, installed his burred fence and back filled the tunnel and trench. I'm so pleased that nothing can get under there now. Clement is completely professional and friendly, did a timely and great job and I would certainly recommend him for his work.

The service we received from Blue Ridge Wildlife & Fisheries was excellent! When we discovered there were bats in our house (2 in the kitchen) we called for help. Clement, who answered our call and provided the service was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to be at our home within 24 hours to assess the situation discovering there was an entire colony of bats living in our attic. He told us that it is illegal to kill the bats and explained the process they use to humanely removed the bats and ensure that they are not able to return by sealing the house. They even offer a warranty. We are appreciative and relieved to have the bats out of the house and highly recommend Clement and his team for anyone else who has these uninvited visitors.Service: Bat extermination

This company is absolutely FANTASTIC...I can't say enough GOOD THINGS about them!! This is kind of a long story but I want to tell the entire story here to emphasize just how GREAT this company truly is!! I am a Senior and last week I got stung by several Yellow Jacket Bees that had built a nest under one of my back porch steps which put me in the UVA ER for treatment with hives and a widespread, allergic reaction overnight. Two days later as I was cleaning out my garage, I saw something that I thought was just a loose piece of packing tape but upon closer examination, I realized that it looked a little bit like a shed, snake skin although I wasn't sure of that at all. When I moved a box, there was a snake lying along the inside garage wall and since it was in the shadows, I couldn't tell anything about its color or any other characteristics other than it was very long and dark. I have always been a diehard animal lover and definitely a fan of "no kill" for any animal, if possible, but after my recent experience with the bee stings, I was very wary of wildlife and I am definitely afraid of snakes. So, in a total panic, I ran into the house and Googled several area wildlife control companies. One company that I called was on VM, and another said that they didn't do any residential snake removals, but when I called BRW&FM, a gentleman did pick up the call. He said that he would like to help me but that he had a full day of appointments already scheduled and that he was on his way back from an appointment in Richmond and was en route to an appointment in Harrisonburg. Obviously, he could tell how totally freaked out that I was so he very kindly said that he'd make a detour and try to come and find/remove the snake from my garage. He was so kind and went totally out of his way to come here and to try to find the snake. He arrived shortly after our call and he thoroughly searched my garage, opening boxes, storage bins, and using his flashlight to look in every nook and cranny for the snake in every possible hiding place. Not only did he make the detour from his scheduled appointments to come to my house but he spent at least 30 minutes or more looking everywhere in my garage for the snake. He especially wanted to try to determine if it was dangerous/venomous or non-venomous. After a thorough search of the garage, he was unable to find the snake anywhere and since I had left the garage door open when I ran into the house to call Wildlife Control, we could only hope that the snake went out of the garage on its own. But then, the gentleman definitely wanted to look at the shed piece of the snake's skin that I found to see if he could determine whether the snake was venomous and, thankfully, he could tell that it was not. Naturally, knowing that was a major relief for me. I only wish that I had remembered to ask the gentleman from BRW&FM his name so that I could include it here in my review since he was so kind and went totally out of his way to try to help me out and I am so appreciative of his efforts!! Also, when I tried to pay him for his time and trouble, he refused payment saying that he was just happy to try to help me and he wouldn't accept any payment!! If I have any more unexpected, wildlife encounters, I will definitely be contacting BRW &FM for their expertise and help!! Also, I was especially interested to learn that a major part of their business is helping people "snake-proof" their properties which I am definitely intending to do!!THANK YOU, BLUE RIDGE WILDLIFE & FISHERIES MANAGEMENT!!!!!
