We have 2 complex Bosch geothermal HVAC systems. The coolant coil was replaced by Pope's almost a year ago and it developed a leak. They just replaced it under warranty at no charge. Pope's is very knowledgeable and responsive. Great service
AC went out during the hottest weekend of the year so far and I called not expecting that I would be able to get help for a few days. Michael was able to work me in just 4 hours after calling! Got the AC repaired quickly and reasonably priced. This is the 2nd time that I have used them and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area that needs HVAC service. 5 stars, A plus all the way!
Michael is very knowledgeable when it comes to fixing problems with heating and cooling units. Very kind as well. He came out on a weekend to fix my unit and had a smile on his face, that is what makes the difference. Very fair on price and he was there in a very timely fashion....Thanks them my family had heat.
