I have been through 3 HVAC repair companies and each one of them ALWAYS tried to “upsale” me products. How do you know you asked, because I always had a second opinion with a different company and they never had the same results. I called Roxbury as a last desperate attempt to find a honest company and that is what I found in them. They did not try to sale me anything. I was calling all around trying to find someone to repair my AC. I paid two of the larger local HVAC groups to come out and “look” at the broken unit and was quoted some ridiculous amount to replace my unit. I was given Jimmy’s information by a co-worker on a Tuesday. Left a voicemail Tuesday night and someone was calling first thing Wednesday morning and even came out the same day. My unit was being replaced by Friday.? All within a reasonable and affordable price! Now that’s fast and professional service! Thanks guys!Service: A/C system repair
