I used service of this company for more than 5 years. They completely replaced HVAC systems for my home and for about 15 houses of my clients and friends. Total Mechanical Services installed new HVAC system in furniture store on Tyson Galleria mall, bid commercial building in Sterling, restaurants in DC. They are the best in the area. The best service and most competitive prices.
I've used this company for years, whether it was for basic maintenance or a totally dead system. Recently due to a drain pipe clog my unit developed a must odor. I called at 7pm and they were out the very next morning. Not only did they sanitize my unit, they also corrected the issue that would have caused this again, yet they only charged me for a basic cleaning. So great to have a nice smelling home again. No job is to big or small for them and I have never felt like I was getting conned into paying for something or a service I didn't need. A++++++
Thank you Total Mechanical Services for going above and beyond and fixing our broken down AC in the middle of your busiest season! They were able to squeeze us in their schedule and come over in a matter of couple hours! They found a solution to our problem without charging us arm and leg as competitors would!
