I visited Fairfax Jiu-Jitsu during an open mat after being invited by a close friend who trains there.
I had a phenomenal experience. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the level of jiu-jitsu was both high-level and intense. Fairfax Jiu Jitsu truly feels like family, and that’s thanks to Coach Mark’s leadership. His unmatched energy, passion, and dedication create an environment where everyone — from beginners to seasoned athletes — feels supported, challenged, and motivated to grow.
The women’s program has been an incredible place to learn and be pushed by amazing higher belts who genuinely want to help you succeed. FJJ is a place like no other, and I’m so grateful to be part of a community led by Coach Mark that truly helps you grow.

I look forward to putting my daughters in the kids class once...read full review
