I recently had a fantastic experience with Clinch Valley Physicians. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The doctors were thorough in their examination, taking the time to address all my concerns and explain things clearly. The facility was well-maintained and organized, contributing to an overall positive visit. I highly recommend Clinch Valley Physicians for their outstanding healthcare services.

I don’t know what Kristen Stapleton they are talking about cause I see Dr Kristen Stapleton is the most compassionate person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is the ONLY one that would see me when my Dr was out and now she is my primary! She will help anyone and everyone BUT she’s by the book she don’t break her rules for any reason and that just makes me respect her even more. I have referred SEVERAL people to her and all of them love her So meet her and save judgement till you do

I've used CVPA for years now.I'm pleased with my Dr.I just dislike the phone system, I can never get thru without having to hold at least 15 mins , at the least...it's very aggravating. The Clinic needs an Operator for answering the phone only.
