My cousin, Richard Money, spent over a year at Commonwealth before recently passing. I found the care and treatment he received was very good. In his last few days I had the opportunity to witness how wonderfully he was treated. Aaron cared for Richard with sincere care and patience that was far beyond what I expected. It was clear to me that he was committed to not just providing a service, but treat him with heartfelt compassion and grace. I am truly grateful to him, and the rest of the staff for all they did.
I am a 75 year old old man with no family to speak of who would take care of my funeral when I pass on. I visited Singleton Funeral Parlor and discussed my situation with Matt. What was discussed was can I take my life insurance policy and make Singleton the beneficiary which means Singleton would contact my insurance company at the time of my death and they would be reimbursed directly for my services which would be cremation. The agreement between myself and Singleton was approved. That agreement gave me peace of mind. I then picked out an urn that would hold my ashes and prepaid for the urn. I also prepaid for a number of death certificates that may be needed at the time of my passing. Singleton also contacts Medicare directly and ceases benefits payable so no one has to do that when I pass. I am so happy and have peace of mind that when I pass, Singleton is notified, they pick up my body, and everything is done and my wishes are followed.

Today was my first ever visit with Clinch Valley Family Care, and I was very impressed! All the staff are very kind, welcoming, & professional. Every other doctor office I've been to, the visits feel rushed. Keshia Hackworth took her time and actually listened. You could feel she actually cared. Definitely going here from now on for my primary care !
Ordered flowers from out of town for a funeral service. Condy was very helpful and went above my expections. The dish garden was awesome and she sent a picture before it was delivered. I will call Mimi's if I ever need flowers in that area again. Awesome service!

Kalyn just photographed my wedding at the end of October and she was absolutely amazing! She captured every moment of our special day. Not only was she taking pictures but she went above and beyond doing anything she could to help the day go smoothly. I had a great experience. They sent a tech out in a timely manner. The technician was knowledgeable and pin pointed the problem. He had our heat pump up and running within no time. He also took the time to clean up around his work space before he left.
