This was my first time at this store. I walked in and the employee (no name tag— later learned her name was Becky) seemed eager to help; however, she insisted that the product that I was looking for wasn’t sold at that store and then Ulta in general.I didn’t really enjoy the experience based on her abrasiveness. It simple felt like she wasn’t interested in working and the customer’s experience.1) I tend to provide my license rather than blurt my name and address out loud.2) I appreciate a written confirmation of my purchase especially from condescending staff.Customer service is paramount in my shopping experience and I would have rather paid shipping than to...read full review
