I’ve always had a great experience at this doctors office. The doctors are knowledgeable and genuinely want to help. What I don’t get is leaving a bad review based on the front desk and resulting in a bad impression which turns people away from good medical help. Please reconsider your review to reflect the doctors good work and not the office staff.

Patience experience: excellent; doctors care for their patients well beingFront desk experience: unsatisfactory10/10 3PMI called the office front desk ("Krista") to obtain a verbal confirmation for three immunization records to inform my primary care physician and get updated with the proper shots before traveling this week. I've reached out several times in the past months (i.e., July, Aug. Sept. 2022) to receive my medical and immunization records when transferring to a new primary care provider and to prepare for traveling.
