We changed dentists when our old dentist was no longer in our insurance network. To our shock, we learned that he was not as on top of things as we thought. But to our great relief, we are in good hands now with Dr. Dokku and her staff. Everyone was very reassuring and supportive. We feel very well cared for now!
I can't recommend CascadesONE and the ENTIRE team of staff any more. I went for my first appointment yesterday (after sending my partner to get her teeth taken care of first ?) and I was put at ease the moment I walked in. Every single person I came in contact with at the Burke office was friendly, welcoming and calming. I have been to many dentists over the years and not once have I ever been treated like this, like an actual person instead of just a patient.
You will not find a more relaxing office - dental work is scary, this entire team works hard to make it so much less scary!
10 stars if I could…last visit to dentist was during Covid with all manual scraping :( Didn’t sleep the whole night before my appointment I felt so much anxiety and embarrassment. Most places just want to get you in and out but the wonderful Gals @ Cascades One made general conversation with me for 10+ minutes before even mentioning teeth. Full transparency on both prices and diagnosis. Took the time to work out a plan to address my dental issues and have a gentle touch and demeanor. Would recommend to anyone, and I will obviously be returning to fix my many dental issues that they assured me are not too far gone. Wish I had known about Cascades One many years ago!
