Inova Primary Care – Burke is an internal medicine practice located on Burke Centre Parkway. Patients generally report excellent experiences with the doctors, praising their knowledge and dedication to patient well-being. However, some patients have expressed dissatisfaction with the front desk staff. There have been instances of long wait times on the phone, being disconnected abruptly, and difficulties obtaining medical records. Patients who have been attending this practice for several years have noted that these issues are relatively new. The practice has been encouraged to provide consistent quality service to all patients, including long-time attendees.
I’ve always had a great experience at this doctors office. The doctors are knowledgeable and genuinely want to help. What I don’t get is leaving a bad review based on the front desk and resulting in a bad impression which turns people away from good medical help. Please reconsider your review to reflect the doctors good work and not the office staff.

Before I could confirm my phone number to reach me back, she hung up on me. I've been attending this medical practice for 6-8 years with my family and didn't come across issues like this. My feedback to the practice is to provide quality service for all patients including past patients.
