I'm particular about my haircut, and I've been going here since 2015. I've tried others in the area, but nothing is ever as good. They listen and deliver. For the few complaining about the price, I feel it's very reasonable. If you want a cheap haircut, you can get that elsewhere, and you'll get what you pay for.

Hey Jon C. you sound pretty judgmental fella! Because you were ever so slightly inconvenienced by this place being cash only, you decide to accuse them of criminal activity! Way to go Sport! FYI mom and pop barber shops usually are set up with barbers handling the money between themselves and their customer. Then they pay the owner for the use of the chair at the end of the day, week, whatever. It makes it much more complicated when you add in a central credit card machine. With cash the transaction is made, the barber has his money, then the owner gets his and everyone is done. Credit cards make something so simple much more complicated. Mai has been cutting my hair for almost 20 years. She and her crew at Hi Barber are all great. The prices are ever so reasonable and you simply won't find a more inviting and friendly barbershop. I always leave with a smile on my face. They are great with kids and follow strict COVID prevention protocols. Give them a chance and you'll go nowhere else for your next cut.
