Dr. Sara is AMAZING!!! She is so calm, patient, and gentle, and is especially gifted when it comes to working with kids with dental anxiety! She has helped my son overcome his fears (caused by a previous pediatric dentist). She focuses on gaining kids’ trust, being truthful, and explains as much as the child needs, allowing the child to take the lead during the visit, and in the end making it possible for any uncomfortable parts of the appointment to take place. It has been a process, but it was my son’s best visit ever today with Dr. Sara and he was so proud of overcoming his fears.
It is always a personal and professional experience with Dr. Bunin and Kramer. They are kind, thoughtful, and always have the child’s best interests in mind. My kids are now teens and always had positive experiences at the dentist with these doctors!
My son had a very good experience for his first time and loved the video games. Only not 5 starts cause of related admin - I was unable to bring my son but sent id cards and called personally a few hours before to ensure nothing was needed (I’m used to getting link to forms etc). I was told “good to go”… I got out of a closed door work meeting to multiple texts saying “yeah I need to fill these out and dont know… they aren’t letting him in without medical history”.
I wouldn’t have been upset had I not specifically checked in and was told everything was good. And then it wasn’t and made the visit last probably double the time it should have
