My partner and I had a fantastic experience working with Rod and Bram at Capital Carpet Gallery. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the start. We spent a lot of time and multiple visits talking through options and budget, and they were very patient in helping us land on the right carpet for our house without any pressure. Not to mention they blew home depot's cost estimate out of the water.
The installation team was also excellent. They were professional, careful, and handled extremely heavy furniture without any issues. Everything was done thoughtfully and the final result looks amazing.
We had an unexpected basement tear out due to water damage and needed to replace basement flooring.
I picked flooring that would have been “good enough” but Rod selected something that is not just an excellent match for the rest of the house but so much more elegant. I was in a hurry to get things done and so appreciated his patience and coming to us with other options. He came to our house several times with samples to review and select.

We recently had a very positive experience with Capital Carpet Gallery, Both Rod & Bram were extremely helpful and accommodating from the get-go, and the installers were highly skilled and efficient. We love our new master bedroom carpeting! If you live in the Burke/Springfield area, this is the place to go.
