Putting aside the catharsis of having people tear out the old bathroom (without damaging anything else), one of the real highlights was when they found a small hole in the slab under my bathtub and quickly came up with a solution for the problem in mere minutes. “Metro Drainage Pros excavated eight clogged up downspout extensions and replaced them with 4” PVC pipe with clean outs and popup emitters. They removed and replaced part of our concrete walkway to insure proper pitch to the pipe that had to run underneath it. From our first contact to the completion of the job, the owner, Jim Monge, was responsive, easy to work with, and meticulous. The price was in line with the other estimates that we obtained. All the work was done neatly and carefully. Except for unavoidable weather interruptions, he began and completed the work as scheduled. He dealt with a few minor complications (a space problem with joining the extension to a downspout and extra- thick concrete) very professionally. We felt he delivered everything he promised and more. We would hire him again without reservation. This is a small business, and we feel we benefited from the owner’s full attention.“

Within a day she contacted us and was able get the factory to make exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price, with a 3 week turnaround. We were impressed. All the contacts for the purchase and delivery were handled by Autumn the office manager. Here communications by email were exceptional. We initially planned on installing the cabinet ourselves. When we changed our minds and asked REICO to actually do the installation Autumn quickly facilitated the change.
