I just want to say Thank you to this vet. He helped my son over the phone without ever seeing my sons dog. My son had taken his dog somewhere else and it was not a great experience so he went to this vet who had talked to him through text for 4 days. This is a Man that loves animals.

Dr.Dotson is more than a Vet. He is a Animal Lover. He sat down in the floor and played with the dogs. Played and Loved on them and gave them their shots and they didn't even know. I wouldn't have known if I didn't see him dispose of them. Absolutely LOVE Steve

This is the kindest,most knowledgeable Veterinarian I have ever known.I have many dogs and cats treated by Doctor.Had a rescue farm. Heavens Bless him for his life saving Work❤️many thanks
